AFCAT 01/ 2022 Batch Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
Check the following details to know about the AFCAT 2021 Educational qualifications for Flying Branch and Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) branches.
Flying Branch: Candidate must have obtained 60% marks in graduation in any discipline with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level or B.E./B. Tech. For more information check out the Official Notification
Ground Duty (Technical): Minimum 50% marks in graduation level in any discipline with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level.
Ground Duty (Non-Technical): Must secure 60% marks in Graduation level in any discipline and 60% marks in Section A & B examination of Aeronautical Society of India or Associate Membership of Institute Engineers (India). Application Fee
The eligible one has to pay the IAF AFCAT 2021 Application Fee of Rs. 250/- through online mode. And the NCC special entry Candidates need not pay any application fee while applying for this Indian Air Force AFCAT 2021 Notification.

Pay Scale
Shortlisted candidates have to receive the AFCAT Salary as of the Pay on Commissioning (As per 7th CPC).
- Flying Officer: Pay as per Defence Matrix – Rs. 56,100/- – Rs. 1,77,500/- at Pay Level 10 MSP Rs. 15,500/-
Note: Flight Cadets shall receive a fixed stipend of Rs 56,100/- per month during one year of training.

Selection Process
For candidates, the AFCAT Selection process will be done based on the Written test, Officer Intelligence Rating Test And picture perception and discussion test, Psychological test, And Group Tests & interviews. And the candidates who have applied for the NCC Special Entry/Meteorology will call for the AFSB testing at one of the AFSB centres.
